KMJ Recordings was founded in 2004 with a view to bringing location recording services of the highest quality within the reach of all Brass Bands. The company delivers a first class service from initial planning through to the finished product and at a competitive price. Making a recording was once the domain of a few privileged “names”, but with KMJ Recordings a fully professional service and product is now within the reach of any band, and because we're mobile, just about anywhere.
KMJ Recordings uses a variety of high quality software and hardware solutions to bring the highest possible quality to your recordings.
This, and an experienced production team, ensures that your project is realised to the best possible standard. Our clients are usually the best judges of what we do, and it is perhaps their
satisfaction that leads them back to us for their next project.
KMJ Recordings has presented to the Annual Convention of the National Association of Brass Band Conductors. As part of the company's ongoing commitment to the promotion of new repertoire, we have made a number of premiere recordings and commissioned new works from exciting new composers and arrangers – including Peter Meechan, Andrew Baker and Benjamin Tubb.
KMJ Recordings works with groups of all standards, from amateur wind ensembles to a number of the world's top ten ranking brass
